Gena is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Florida Supreme Court certified county court mediator. She has been licensed in Florida since 2012 and has worked with individuals, couples and families on relationship issues, trauma, anxiety and depression.

Gena holds a Masters in Counselor Education with a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida. She has been licensed in Florida since 2012 and has worked in non-profit organizations across Central Florida. She is a Florida Supreme Court-Certified County Mediator and a Florida Notary Public.
