Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis is a small, BCBA-owned and locally operated business in the Tampa Bay region. Its mission is to improve the lives of children and families by providing effective and individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in home, in school, and in the community. 1:1 ABA therapy services

School and community support
With permission, the team coordinates with teachers, support staff, and specialists toward shared goals.
Caregiver training and support
The BCBA meets regularly with families to review data and share strategies for everyday routines.
Transition services
Support is provided for teens and young adults with goals such as independence, self-advocacy, and vocational readiness.
Founder
Jennifer Stich, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Founder and owner of Above & Beyond Behavior Analysis and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly two decades of experience supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. Has worked in home, clinic, school, and community settings since 2006. Founded the practice in 2019 and has advocated for ABA services in public schools across Hillsborough and Pasco Counties.
