Alpert JFS is a nonprofit, non-sectarian organization serving Palm Beach County since 1974. It provides services for seniors, adults, children and their families, including psychiatry, counseling, case management, guardianship, support groups and residential programming for adults with special needs.

Counseling

Counseling for emotional problems, relationship or family issues, or temporary stresses.

Psychiatry

Developmental consultation and treatment, comprehensive assessment, medication evaluation, management and follow-up monitoring.

Psychological testing

Comprehensive psychological evaluations by doctoral level mental health professionals.

Support groups

Groups facilitated by licensed professionals and master's level social workers.

Mentoring 4 Kids

Free, non-sectarian same-sex role-model program for children ages 6 to 14 who have lost a significant caregiver through death or divorce.

Community Access Life Line

No-cost telephone assessment, intake and referral with a Master's-level professional.
