The Art Foundation for People with Disabilities, known as ART xpwd, was established in 2008 by Dr. Cesar Blumtritt to empower individuals with disabilities through the arts. Its mission is to foster inclusivity, rehabilitation, and personal growth through programs that integrate the arts.

Dr. Cesar Blumtritt, MD, Ph.D, LMHC, BCaBA
Over 30+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry with a doctorate in psychology and a concentration in neurocognitive sciences. Licensed and certified hypnotist, sexologist, mental health counselor, and behavior analyst. Conducts research in behavior modification and neurocognitive rehabilitation and gives certification courses in Applied Behavior Analysis.
