Behavior Works FL aims to build communication, independent functioning, and life skills for children through an individualized, family-centered approach. Its programs are created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and tailored to each child's needs.

Michele Tull is the founder and clinical director of services at Behavior Works LLC. She leads a team that provides all aspects of therapeutic services, including ABA and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Founder

Michele Tull, BCBA

Ms. Tull is a qualified BCBA and a certified Florida Special Needs Educator. She spent 20 years as an ESE teacher internationally in Hong Kong and for Broward County schools. She is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International and the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis.
