She has been licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the Florida Board of Nursing since 2013. She has more than 20 years of medical experience.
Insurance, self-pay and costs

Telemedicine initial consult: $75. Telemedicine mental health initial consult: $150. Sick Visit House Call: $150. Well Child Exam: $200.
Payment timing
All payments are due at the time of the visit.
Membership billing
Membership fees are billed on the first day of each month.
Superbill
A superbill is provided on request for submission to insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
