About

VIDA Training Center was established in 2013 by María Barranco and is led by María and her daughter, Erika Fassrainer. The academy offers training in English and Spanish for students preparing for behavioral health, healthcare, education and human services roles.

Bilingual career training

Services

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training

Training to work one-on-one with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, supporting communication, learning and daily skills.

Home Health Aide (HHA) training

Training to care for patients in homes and community settings, with a clear path to grow in healthcare.

Certified Nursing Assistant course

Complete CNA course for students who want to prepare to go directly to the CNA state board exam.

Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training

Official PCM crisis management training approved for ABA providers, clinicians, RBTs, BCBAs, mental health and behavioral health staff, teachers and more.

CPR, First Aid and BLS

Weekly in-person CPR, first aid and BLS sessions for individuals and teams.

María Barranco is the founder and Co-Director of VIDA Training Center. With an extensive background in business administration, she established VIDA in 2013 as an academy where ethics, integrity and respect for professional standards would never be compromised.
