Cancellation notice

A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice is charged a $150 fee.

No-show fee

Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice of cancellation is charged $150.

Late arrival

Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment will be rescheduled and the $150 no-show fee applies.
