Dr. Charina Yango-Cadavos, MD, FAAFP, is dual-board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics. She is also active in aesthetic medicine and leads the creation of an integrated medical spa in downtown Naples. She performs all injectables in the office, including Botox and fillers.
