About

Clarity Psychology was founded by Dr. Kimberly Hubinger, who is originally from Tampa, Florida. She attended the University of South Florida for undergraduate study and completed her pre-doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Psychological and Neurobehavioral Services in Lakeland.

Dr. Hubinger has worked with private clients since 2013 and has a passion for psychological assessment and specialty therapy.

Founder

Kimberly Hubinger, Psy.D.

Dr. Hubinger is a Tampa native and licensed psychologist who founded Clarity Psychology. She has a background in group counseling and individual therapy for adults, older adults, children, and adolescents, and her passion is in psychological and neuropsychological screening assessments.

Insurance, self-pay and costs

Self-pay

Initial intake appointment (50 minutes): $295.

Booking payment

50% of the payment is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is collected at the appointment.

Cancellation

A 24-hour cancellation notice is requested, and 50% of the scheduled service is charged for cancellations made inside of 24 hours.
