Emily Sarah Garratt, BA, ITDS
Currently resides in Clermont, Florida, where she is certified as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist. Originally from the United Kingdom, she has over 20 years of early intervention experience in special educational needs and crisis intervention, from 0 to 18 years old.
