Discovery Mental Health Services PA offers an inviting and comfortable setting for mental health and counseling needs. Its team includes board certified and licensed professionals, including psychiatric nurse practitioners, a licensed marriage and family therapist, a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed mental health counselor.
The practice was founded to establish a collaborative practice that breaks down traditional barriers in mental health treatment. It serves members of the United States Armed Forces and their families, as one of the co-founders is an Active-Duty spouse.

Telehealth contract
All telehealth patients must review and sign a Telehealth Contract.
