Hope Hospice is a not-for-profit hospice that has served Lee, Hendry, and Glades counties for over 40 years. It is an affiliate of Chapters Health and provides most of its care in patients' homes, with four Hope Hospice Houses in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and Bonita Springs.

Trained doulas provide support during the closing chapter of life and work with Hope staff.

Hope Hospice House visitation
Family, friends, and significant others, including children, may visit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, and children must be closely supervised.
