Non-refundable intake fee

Missed appointments
Current clients who do not show up and have not given at least 48 hours notice must pay the full session fee immediately.
Parents at child intake
Parents or both parents attend the intake only for the first session when the child is under 12.
Arrival time
Arrive 15 minutes before the appointment to fill out paperwork.
