Veronica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a co-founder of Inside Out Therapy Center. She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body image concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck in their lives.
