IPTB Clinical Research was founded to improve community access to clinical research opportunities, promote diversity and representation among participants, and provide care options not offered elsewhere. Its clinical trial screening visits are similar to a standard psychiatric care appointment, and all study-related healthcare is provided at no cost to participants.

Jamie Winderbaum Fernandez, MD
Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of South Florida. Licensed to practice medicine in Florida and California. In 2022 she started her own practice and clinical trials site, IPTB Clinical Research.
