Dr. Jarell Myers, a clinical psychologist, founded Ironwave. He holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology with specialist training in anxiety disorders, OCD, and evidence-based behavioral interventions. The practice combines clinical psychology with applied performance work for athletes, professionals and adolescents.

Founder
Dr. Jarell Myers, PhD
A clinical psychologist and founder of Ironwave. He holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and is completing a Master of Science in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. He holds roles with Minor League Baseball Umpires, the Major League Umpires Association and the MLB Rookie Career Development Program.
