Mind, Body & Soul Mental Health Counseling was founded on the belief that lasting well-being comes from caring for the whole person rather than a symptom in isolation. Its clinicians tailor research-supported approaches to each person's goals, history and pace.

Jenna McKean is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with over 17 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She is also a certified dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills counselor.
