Mindful Living Counseling Orlando was founded in 2017 by Lauran Hahn, LMHC. It is a team of licensed therapists and Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns serving teens and adults throughout the Orlando area, specializing in anxiety, trauma, EMDR therapy, toxic relationships, and attachment therapy.
