Dr. Irah Belaga began graduate work in psychology in 1998, studying mindfulness meditation. She became a Licensed Psychologist in 2005, a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2010, and a Hippocrates Health Educator in 2014, and has used meditation techniques in interpersonal skills groups and anxiety treatment.
