She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. She has worked in acute care hospitals, inpatient rehab, nursing homes, outpatient rehab, home health care, assisted living and continuum of care retirement communities in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She is a certified LSVT LOUD provider.
