Nativity Pediatrics is a faith-based practice shaped by Catholic values and a deep respect for the dignity of every child and family. Families of all backgrounds are welcomed. The practice uses a Direct Primary Care model with a monthly membership fee for routine pediatric care.

Founder

Paola Paré, D.O.

Dr. Paré is a board-certified pediatrician who cares for children from birth through age 25. She completed her pediatric residency at AdventHealth for Children in Orlando in 2020. Her approach pairs evidence-based pediatrics with integrative and functional care when appropriate.

Insurance, self-pay and costs

Self-pay

Monthly membership, Broward County, ages 0–2: $150 /month. Monthly membership, Broward County, ages 3–5: $120 /month. Monthly membership, Broward County, ages 6–17: $90 /month. Monthly membership, Broward County, ages 18–25: $60 /month. Broward County 3-month newborn package: $1,000 for 3 months.

One-time enrollment fee

Membership carries a one-time enrollment fee in addition to the monthly membership fee.

Miami-Dade travel fee

Miami-Dade families are asked to inquire for pricing, and a travel fee may apply.
