New Client Assessment
A 90 minute initial evaluation that includes a full assessment, health history and hands-on treatment.
Myofascial Release Treatments
Follow up sessions of 60, 90 or 120 minutes, recommended based on individual needs.
Children and babies
An initial assessment for children at 60 minutes and infants at 45 minutes, with treatment times based on the child's needs.
Accelerated Healing Program
Multiple treatments per day over several consecutive days, arranged on request.
Pet treatment
Myofascial release for pets, given at the studio or in the home depending on the pet and location.
Functional Solutions
Talk therapy sessions that help process and integrate discoveries made in hands-on treatment.
Founder
Jennifer Lind, M.S. Ed., OTR/L
Occupational therapist with over 23 years of experience in occupational therapy and education and 11 years as a John Barnes trained Myofascial Release therapist. Holds a Master's in Adult Education and an Oxford Diploma for Professional Counseling.
Insurance, self-pay and costs
Cancellation
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours ahead, and no shows, are charged the full amount of the appointment.
New client paperwork
New client paperwork must be completed before the appointment, or time is taken from the treatment to complete it.
Litigation
The practice prefers not to treat clients who are actively in litigation for a car accident or injury.
