Oasis Counseling was founded in 2007 with the aim of empowering people to take control of their life. It provides individual counseling, family counseling and group therapy for people struggling with depression, anger management issues, self-image and self-esteem issues, substance abuse issues, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, among others.

Magdala "Maggie" Dulcio, LMHC, CAP
Founder and director of Oasis Counseling and Voice of Distress Relieved. Has practiced in counseling for over 10 years, with experience working with children, youth and families. Is a Parenting Coordinator, a Family Mediator and an approved supervisor. Also has experience in Managed Care and Case Management.
