Hervé Préval has worked for over 19 years in behavioral health and social services. He is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida and is a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counselor Interns. He is a certified Adoption Competent Counselor and holds dual certification in Child Welfare in Florida.
