John Canalizo, MD

Attended the University Of South Florida, College Of Medicine and took part in the Halifax Family Practice residency program in the Daytona Beach area. Served as an emergency medicine and trauma physician in several local hospitals throughout Volusia County before becoming Medical Director at PrimeCare Urgent Care Center in 2013.
