Before starting her private practice, she spent more than a decade working in hospital settings, including inpatient psychiatry and pediatric emergency services.

She is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and has completed a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat. Prior to private practice, she worked more than a decade in hospital settings, including inpatient psychiatry and pediatric emergency services.
