The Arc of Putnam County has provided services since 1974 for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Its stated mission is to empower individuals with these disabilities to achieve their fullest potential and live meaningful lives within the community.

Services

Adult day training

Adult day training programs are offered at two sites in the Palatka community to support participation in daily, meaningful and valued routines of the community.

Residential services

Group homes and a supervised apartment complex provide residential services and support to adults with a primary diagnosis of intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Supported living

Trained Supported Living Coaches provide support to people with disabilities who live in their own homes, under the direction of the person served.

Psychosocial rehabilitation

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program serves individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities who are challenged by mental health issues, including group therapy and medication education.

Arc Summer Camp

A four-day camp for children of all abilities ages 5-12, with dates of July 6 to July 9 for 2027; the page marks it sold out.

Transportation is offered at ambulatory and non-ambulatory rates, as listed on the day programs page.
