Basic talk therapy with medication management of up to 30 minutes costs $128 for established patients.

Stress management and mind-body coaching

A 45 minute weekly video session with unlimited texts and email costs $248 per week with a 4 week commitment and no medications prescribed.

Virtual sick visits

Virtual sick visits for cold, flu, infections and allergies cost $88.

Chronic disease management

Chronic disease management for HTN, diabetes, thyroid, asthma and cholesterol has an initial visit of $158 and a follow up of $58.

Founder

Aline Paredes and Angela Thomas-Lefebvre, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC; MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP

Aline and Angela founded ThriveWell together. Aline has 20 years in the mental health field and has treated adults and children for several mental health conditions. Angela became a nurse in 2007, a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 specializing in addiction medicine, and a dual-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2024.

Self-pay

Psychiatric evaluation: $198. Psychiatric follow up: $98. Talk therapy (established patients): $128. Stress management coaching, per week: $248. Virtual sick visit: $88. Chronic disease management initial visit: $158.

Missed visits

Patients are charged 50% of their visit fee to the card on file if a visit is missed, and the fee is waived if the visit is rescheduled for the same day.

Controlled substances

The practice does not prescribe controlled substances at this time.

Medication requests

No refunds are issued if a specific medication is not prescribed.

Superbills

Superbills are provided for patients with out of network benefits who want to seek reimbursement.
