30 minute telemedicine visit: $50. 10 minute prescription refill: $25. Primary care home visit within 10 miles of practitioner: $125. Primary care home visit 11-20 miles: $150. Primary care home visit 21-30 miles: $175. School or sports physical starting price: $25.
